Delivery
We endeavour to ship all orders within 7 days of receiving your order. If for any reason we cannot ship within this period we will notify you immediately. You will have the option to wait for the delayed delivery or you may request a full refund.
Warranty
All of our products include the full manufactures warranty.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of delivery and claim your purchase price back. The product must be returned complete and in original condition to receive the full refund. Postage will not be refunded (unless Bowls Australia have stated otherwise). Products ordered online can be returned to a store as long as receipt is accompanied with it. .
To return a product carefully package it up as the goods are your responsibility until they reach our office, enclose a copy of the receipt with a note, affix the correct postage and send it to:
All returned items must be in original brand new condition including packaging. All return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Exchange Product Returns
You can also exchange your item within 30 days, as long as the item you wish to exchange for is in stock and the price is the same price at which you bought the original product. If the product is a different price Bowls Australia will find the best way of resolving the issue and satisfying your order.
